Please note that an applicant will be required to reapply
for the certification examination if one of the following occurs:
· The applicant applies for the certification examination and does not take it within
one year of being approved.
· The applicant applies receives a failing grade on the certification examination
and does not retake the exam within one year of taking the initial examination.
